Executive Director, Davis Center for Inclusive Excellence

Williams College seeks an Executive Director of the Davis Center to join the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (OIDEI).

The Executive Director leads a professional staff, builds campus and community partnerships, and advances strategies that promote inclusive excellence across the college. The role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and a track record of budget management and organizational leadership.
