Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, computer science or business / economics
- 15+ years experience leading cross-functional teams in data product development or innovation strategy
- 7 years of leadership experience
- Executive level communication skills
- Relationship management and customer satisfaction
- Problem solving / analytical thinking
- Knowledge of change management, planning, and communication techniques
- Experience in strategic partnerships, evaluations, and due diligence
- Database architecture and storage, infrastructure, and integration technologies experience
- Previous experience overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs
- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI
