Executive Director — Community Housing Leader (EPA)

EPACANDO seeks an experienced, community-centered Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter: growing capacity, forming partnerships, and engaging the EPA community to sustain long-term stewardship of our affordable housing portfolio.

Reporting to the Board, the ED will guide strategic planning, fundraising, staff management, and advocacy while serving as a visible, trusted partner to the city, county, funders, co-developers, and residents.
