Provides support to staff who do not meet the job expectations, and authorizes termination of employment as appropriateSupervises PRT program administrators and others as applicable. Serves as team leader of the PRT Operations Team, composed of Medical Director, Education Administrator, Clinical Administrator, Residential Administrator (if applicable) and Case Management Supervisor.Ensures that consultants working on behalf of the programs fulfill their contractual commitmentsProvides site supervision for Human Resources Managers, Quality Assurance Supervisors, Maintenance Supervisors, and Dietary Managers. Works with corporate directors to adapt the job duties to the PRT needs, evaluate performance and determine staff development needsOrganizes staff into teams to accomplish the work of the programs and designs accountability systems for teams as well as individualsAttends appropriate local and national meetings to promote organization's reputation and to keep informed of developments important to our planning effortsEnsures positive customer relationships with agencies that fund residents in the program.
Is a bridge to other providers and seeks collaboration and shared responsibility.Develops and monitors the PRT budget; ensures general understanding of budget assumptions and constraints among PRT staff. Demonstrates effective financial management of the PRT operationsEnsures that policies and procedures support program operations; recommends changes as appropriate. Adapts organizational procedures to meet the PRT's needs, emphasizing the principles of simplicity, efficiency and staff supportActs as a point of appeal for families and agencies whose concerns have not been satisfied by program staff.
