Executive Director — Civil Courage Events & Donor Growth

The Train Foundation, creator of the Civil Courage Prize, seeks an Executive Director to lead high-level event production, donor engagement, and network development. The role requires fluency with diplomats, editors, and philanthropists, and a capacity to advance democratic values through strategic programming.

Reporting to the Board, the ED will shepherd a major anniversary event in 2027 and a year‑round symposia series, while expanding the Foundation’s reach and governance.
