About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its statewide coalition of health and human service organizations. The successful candidate will be the chief executive, public representative, and senior advocate, with a primary focus on building and mobilizing relationships across the state. This highly external and relationship-driven leadership role involves engaging with legislators, government leaders, and various stakeholders to advance the organization's mission and advocate for public policies that ensure access to essential resources and services. The Executive Director will also work closely with the Board of Directors to establish organizational priorities, allocate resources, and identify opportunities for revenue generation and portfolio diversification.
