Executive Director, Biometrics Strategy — Oncology

EPM Scientific is partnering with a clinical-stage oncology biotechnology company to appoint an Executive Director, Head of Biometrics. This role shapes the biometrics strategy, oversees Biostatistics and Statistical Programming, and interacts with regulatory authorities to advance NDA/BLA submissions.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to a growing biometrics function, guide study design and endpoints, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
