Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and standardization across ambulatory Specialty and Primary Care services
- Lead performance improvement initiatives focused on access, throughput, and patient satisfaction
- Partner cross‑functionally to align operational strategies with clinical outcomes
- Support integration across ambulatory platforms to enhance care delivery and patient experience
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
Requirements
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on ambulatory care.
- Proven track record in operational performance improvement and integration.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leading business intelligence functions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
