Duties
- Manage executive compensation disclosures for public companies.
- Handle employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.
- Advise on tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
- Draft executive employment and severance arrangements.
- Develop equity and non-equity incentive plans.
- Engage in significant client contact and manage responsibilities independently.
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the state of Florida.
