Duties

- Draft and advise on equity and cash incentive plans and executive employment agreements.
- Prepare SEC-required compensation and benefits disclosures for securities filings.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits at a peer law firm.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage individual responsibilities.
- Admission to the State Bar of California is required.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
