Hybrid Role: In-office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Work from home on Thursday and Friday.

Overview

Summary: Reporting to the Sr. Director, Executive Compensation, the Executive Compensation Analyst will support the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, and other executive rewards. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, and an interest in executive pay strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee and senior leadership meetings
• Support the administration of annual and long-term incentive (LTI) plans, including tracking awards and performance metrics
• Conduct market benchmarking and analysis using compensation surveys and public filings (e.g., proxy statements)
• Help ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external regulations (e.g., SEC, IRS)
• Maintain and audit executive compensation data in HRIS and compensation systems
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to support compensation cycle processes
• Participate in preparing executive offer letters, retention summaries, and pay analyses
• Stay current on executive pay trends, governance guidelines, and disclosure best practices
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, charts) and familiarity with PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in developing expertise in executive compensation strategy, governance, and analytics

Education/Experience

• 1+ years of Compensation or Executive Compensation experience
• Familiarity with Workday and survey tools preferred
