Executive Communications Lead

To support a growing Integrated Marketing team, the full-time Executive Communications Lead will develop and refine executive narratives, create communication artifacts for major transformation efforts, and manage a communications roadmap, all while working fully remote during EST hours. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a unified executive narrative and storyline for Integrated Marketing Draft, edit, and finalize executive-level communications, including decks and briefing materials Create and manage a communications roadmap to ensure alignment across multiple workstreams Required Qualifications 8+ years in executive communications, strategic communications, or narrative development Proven ability to distill complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments Familiarity with organizational transformation and change management Strong editorial and writing skills with attention to detail
