Managing a high-volume agency assignment, the full-time salaried Executive Commercial Lines Underwriter will evaluate and underwrite complex commercial lines insurance policies, including General Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Property, while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Analyze and evaluate new submissions and renewal accounts to determine risk acceptability Communicate underwriting standards and coverage advantages to agents and internal partners Proactively manage agency action plans to improve the book of business and profitability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines Middle Market Underwriting preferred Strong knowledge of General Liability, Worker's Compensation, Property, and Commercial Auto lines Proven track record in successful underwriting and portfolio management Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
