Executive Commercial Director, Global Growth & Supply

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Commercial Director to own the end-to-end commercial function in central Virginia. You will oversee pricing strategy, negotiate high-value supply and offtake contracts, and manage counterparty and market risk while driving revenue, margin, and supply security across sourcing and sales.

As a member of the executive team, you will help shape the commercial model and support national growth, reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the board.
