Executive Chef – Fine Dining Steakhouse

We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join a high-growth fine dining steakhouse company known for exceptional food quality, high standards, and outstanding hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a hands-on culinary leader who is passionate about great food, developing people, and operational excellence .

You will work closely with the GM and Regional Chef to lead the culinary team, maintain exceptional standards, and create a kitchen culture built around accountability, teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement .

Key Responsibilities

• Help lead all aspects of daily kitchen operations
• Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and execution
• Coach, train, and develop culinary team members
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development
• Maintain strong food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with food cost, inventory, purchasing, and labor management
• Lead by example during high-volume service
• Build a positive, professional, people-first kitchen culture
• Partner with the Regional Chef to continuously improve culinary execution

Ideal Background

• Leadership experience in fine dining, upscale steakhouse, or high-end polished casual restaurants
• Strong knowledge of steaks, proteins, seafood, sauces, and scratch cooking
• Experience leading high-volume, high-standard kitchen operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for coaching and developing culinary talent
• High standards with exceptional attention to detail
