Qualifications for the Executive Chef:
- 2 + years of experience working in a high volume, upscale dining restaurant. Steakhouse concepts a plus!
- Passionate about food and new food trends.
- Knowledge of different cooking techniques – eager to learn new techniques as well.
- Catering or hotel restaurant experience is a plus.
- Desire to train others and coach and develop employees.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
