We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a premier senior living and hospitality dining program in Williamsburg, Virginia. This leadership role is responsible for menu development, food quality, kitchen operations, cost controls, catering, staff development, and overall culinary excellence.
Qualifications:
Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
High-volume foodservice, catering, healthcare, hospitality, hotel, club, or senior living background
Strong food cost, labor management, and inventory control skills
Proven leadership and team development abilities
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Compensation & Benefits:
$90,000 - $100,000 base salary
