As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.As an Executive Benefits Specialist, you will support the day-to-day administration of nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans and corporate owned life insurance (COLI) programs. You will work closely with plan participants, clients, and internal teams to deliver accurate and timely service.

Key responsibilities include:Manage plan administration activities, including annual enrollments and participant communicationsServe as a primary contact for participants, responding to inquiries and processing plan transactionsMaintain plan documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to datePerform data audits and prepare client reports using databases and ExcelDeliver high-quality, accurate work across multiple client engagementsBuild effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersSupport revenue forecasting and reconciliation activitiesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing solutionsFollow established procedures to ensure quality, consistency, and cost controlContinuously build knowledge of executive benefits and related productsAon's Executive Benefits practice has been a leader in the design and administration of executive benefit programs for more than 40 years. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting:Nonqualified deferred compensation and life insurance programsParticipant communications and service delivery for executive-level plansData management, reporting, and administrative processesYou will be part of a collaborative team with opportunities to develop your technical and client service skills over time.Skills and experience that will lead to success:2–5 years of professional experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to quickly build advanced skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred: Exposure to life insurance or NQDC plan administrationExperience using Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, FILTER, SORT, and date functionsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $50,000 - $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
