Executive AssistantWe're seeking a polished, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join the Executive Office of a prominent trade association. In this role, you'll provide high-level support to the President/CEO and Executive Vice President, helping ensure the executive team is fully prepared for meetings, events, and Board engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, discreet professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily calendars and scheduling for senior executives, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and project supportCompile and organize briefing materials ahead of key meetings and eventsAct as a liaison between the executive team and internal staff, member organizations, Board members, and outside industry contactsSupport the coordination of Board of Directors materials and communicationsCollaborate with the Director of the Executive Office on internal communications, organizational events, and ongoing initiativesMaintain flexibility to accommodate additional hours as business needs requireQualifications:Bachelor's degree required4 to 6 years of relevant executive support experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) and Adobe AcrobatExcellent research and internet navigation skillsExceptional written communication, grammar, and proofreading abilitySound judgment and demonstrated ability to handle confidential informationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProfessional, composed demeanor, especially when interacting with senior stakeholdersAdditional Details:This role involves light travel and occasional additional hours to support key organizational events and Board meetings.
