The Executive Assistant coordinates priorities, manages key administrative workflows, and helps ensure timely, organized support for the team's senior leadership.This position is based in Washington, DC (hybrid schedule).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Vice President, People and Culture in handling sensitive matters with a high degree of confidentiality, discretionManage complex calendars, prioritize scheduling requests, and coordinate meetings, appointments, agendas, and daily commitments.Provide administrative and operational support, including drafting correspondence, memoranda, reports, invoices, and screening voicemailsArrange travel and accommodations, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.Attend meetings on behalf of VP, taking and/or recording minutes and preparing other reference materialsPrepare and format documents, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and project materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related systemsReview incoming communications and memoranda on behalf of senior staff, assess priority, and summarize or route information to appropriate team membersPerform office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and aid in administering HR and operations tasks/requestsPerform additional duties as assigned by executivesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Executive Assistant, People and Culture is not a supervisory role.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND/OR EXPERIENCETo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
