Executive Assistant to Founder – Full TimeLocation: San FranciscoOverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role serves as a critical partner in managing daily operations, communication, and priorities, enabling the executive to focus on high-impact work. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic settings, exercises sound judgment, and takes full ownership of responsibilities.Key Responsibilities Calendar & SchedulingManage complex, high-volume calendar scheduling, including prioritization, conflict resolution, and meeting preparationCoordinate multi-stakeholder meetings across internal teams and external partnersEnsure all meetings are supported with agendas, materials, and relevant contextInbox & CommunicationTriage and manage inbox communications with a strong sense of urgency and organizationDraft clear, professional communications on behalf of the executiveRoute requests and follow-ups to appropriate stakeholdersCoordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itinerariesSupport planning and execution of meetings, offsites, and eventsAssist with special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metMaintain organized documentation, workflows, and internal systemsSupport recurring business operations such as weekly meetings and quarterly planning cyclesMonitor and provide insights on time management and priority alignmentQualifications RequiredProven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracyProficiency with modern productivity tools (e.g., calendar, communication, and collaboration platforms)Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows (preferred)Experience coordinating with external stakeholders such as investors or board membersFamiliarity with healthcare or technology environmentsExperience creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) or internal documentationWhat Success Looks LikeProactive ownership of responsibilities with minimal oversightClear, concise, and professional communicationStrong follow-through and timely executionAbility to anticipate needs and solve problems independentlyEffective prioritization in a fast-moving environmentBenefits & PerksCompetitive compensation and potential equityProfessional development opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision coverageFlexible paid time offWellness and commuter benefitsRetirement savings optionsWork EnvironmentThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, high-growth setting and is interested in expanding into broader operations or strategic support roles over time
