Executive AssistantOur client, a leading global financial services firm located in Midtown East, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Managing Directors and a broader team of approximately 10 professionals within Equity Capital Markets. This is a high-touch role supporting a busy and dynamic team and requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced investment banking environment.The ideal candidate is a seasoned Executive Assistant who enjoys being an integral part of a team and is skilled at keeping multiple priorities organized and moving forward. The group is personable and collaborative, and they are looking for someone who can bring a strong sense of organization, anticipate needs, and adapt easily as schedules and priorities evolve.
There is a significant travel component to the role, including both domestic and international travel, so someone who is particularly strong with complex travel logistics and comfortable navigating changes will do very well here.Responsibilities:Provide primary Executive Assistant support to two Managing Directors within Equity Capital MarketsProvide additional administrative support to a broader team of approximately 10 professionalsManage complex and frequently changing calendars, meetings, and appointmentsCoordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itinerariesManage travel adjustments and evolving logistics as neededCoordinate both commercial and private aviation arrangementsCoordinate internal and external meetings and conference callsManage expenses and related reportingProactively track schedules, priorities, and upcoming commitmentsServe as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersAssist with ad hoc projects and broader team needsHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretionRequirements:Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant within investment banking or financial servicesExperience supporting senior investment banking professionals strongly preferredStrong calendar management and scheduling skillsExceptional domestic and international travel coordination experienceComfortable managing complex logistics and adapting quickly when plans changeHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughProactive, resourceful, and solutions-orientedStrong written and verbal communication skillsPolished and professional with strong interpersonal skillsComfortable supporting multiple senior professionals and a broader teamCollaborative, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever neededAbility to anticipate needs and bring organization to a fast-moving environmentFlexibility for occasional after-hours needs, particularly around travelHours & Location:5x a week in office in Midtown East, New York City. Flexibility for occasional after-hours needs as they arise, particularly around travel. This is not a 24/7 role.Salary:$125–130K base + paid OT + discretionary bonus.
