Our client, a highly successful real estate investment, development, and property management firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Founder and CEO. This is a unique opportunity to serve as a true strategic partner to an accomplished entrepreneur and executive who has built a substantial portfolio. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and confident operating in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift quickly. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, create structure, solve problems independently, and become a trusted extension of the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Prioritize competing demands and help drive organization and follow‑through
- Serve as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, and presentations
- Coordinate executive meetings, board‑related activities, and special projects
- Monitor and manage high‑volume communications with professionalism and discretion
- Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions
- Handle highly confidential business and personal information
- Assist with a variety of administrative and operational initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, founders, CEOs, or business owners
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and work independently
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment
- Ability to build trust and develop a strong long‑term partnership with an executive
- Experience managing complex schedules, priorities, and confidential matters
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern business technology
