Executive Assistant / Special Projects DirectorLocation: Sherman Oaks (In Office)Salary: $65,000 - $85,000Tallis Corp is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the COO and Corporate Partners. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and project support to the COO and Partners overseeing seven skilled nursing facilities. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations, timely completion of special projects, and accurate submission of regulatory documents to county and state agencies.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling sensitive information in a healthcare environment.Special ProjectsAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects across all seven skilled nursing facilitiesTrack project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure deadlines are metConduct research, compile data, and prepare summaries to support decision-makingFollow up with stakeholders to ensure completion of assigned initiativesRegulatory & Compliance SupportPrepare and submit required documentation to county and state agencies in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain organized records of all submissions, licenses, permits, and compliance-related documentsMonitor deadlines for regulatory filings and proactively ensure all requirements are metCoordinate with facility leadership to gather necessary documentation for submissionsOperational CoordinationSupport communication and coordination among multiple facility locationsAssist with implementing operational improvements and system-wide initiativesMaintain confidentiality of sensitive business, employee, and patient informationQualifications2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or project coordination role, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursingFamiliarity with healthcare regulations, compliance processes, or government submissions is highly desirableStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh level of discretion and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
