This role is critical in keeping leadership aligned, informed, and operating at a high level.The right person is detail-obsessed, exercises strong judgment, maintains confidentiality, and brings a high level of relational awareness in how they communicate and operate across the organization.What You Need To KnowSupports executives with day-to-day operations and prioritiesManages complex calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination across multiple leadersProcesses and prioritizes some incoming communications including email, calls, and other requestsServes as a liaison with internal teams and external partners on behalf of leadershipArranges detailed travel plans and itineraries, including last-minute changes as neededMaintains smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office when leaders are unavailableHandles sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretionPrepares and reconciles expense reports and corporate credit card activityAssists with tracking and reconciling department budgetsSupports team and executive engagement efforts, including communication, gifting, and special touchpoints as neededWhat We Are Looking ForExtremely strong organizational skills and attention to detailHigh level of confidentiality and sound judgmentProfessional judgment and situational awareness and ability to communicate appropriately in different situationsClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing needsProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problemsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)Team player with a positive, service-oriented approachEven BetterBachelor's degree in Business Management or related fieldExperience supporting senior executives or C-level leadershipSound like a good fit?Let's talk about how you can play a key role in supporting our leadership team.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)The expected salary range for this position is between:$58,300.00 - $71,300.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
