Key Responsibilities
* Greeting every customer and visitor promptly, warmly and professionally
* Answering phone calls
* Organizing the monthly calendar for the Sales Team
* Ordering supplies for the Sales and Service Department
* Stocking vehicles into our dealer management software
* Pulling and entering invoices
* Keeping the daily sales spreadsheet current
* Scheduling minor appointments for service
* Assisting the Sales team to maintain smooth workflow
