Executive AssistantWe are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the Vice President Global Enterprise Marketing. Your role will complement and support the leaders for our team's overarching goals and objectives.What You'll DoMaintain highly complex and rapidly changing calendar, coordinate scheduling, filter and manage commitmentsArrange significant amount of domestic and international travelCoordinate special projects and events: Offsite events, social and team building activities, client and staff meetingsPlan and support quarterly All Hands and team onsitesProcess business expenses and purchase orders on behalf of the VPRegularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illnessAssist direct staff and others in the department as neededCollaborate with Business Operations team to support VP with leadership meetings, priorities, speaking commitmentsWhat You'll Need To SucceedBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience7+ years of relevant experienceStrong attention to detail while working effectively with minimal directionClear and concise executive level communicationAbility to remain flexible, embrace change and manage expectations in ambiguous or challenging situationsHandles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretionCan juggle multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the more strategic and prioritize conflicting requests and deadlinesAbility to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferencesProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools (Slack, email, calendaring)Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentAbout AdobeAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences. Learn more.Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,200 -- $174,700 annually.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $120,700 - $174,700In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
