Executive AssistantOur client, a highly discreet family office supporting ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, is seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their small, collaborative team. This role will begin on a part-time, temporary basis (20–30 hours per week) with strong potential to transition into a full-time, long-term position shortly after hire.This is a unique opportunity for a flexible, service-oriented professional who thrives in a high-touch environment and enjoys creating seamless experiences for principals.

The role is fully remote with highly flexible hours, though candidates must be responsive and available during travel periods, including occasional weekend support.Executive Assistant | San Francisco Bay Area (Remote) | $45–$60/hr What You'll DoCoordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics, including private jet scheduling, ground transportation, accommodations, and detailed itinerariesManage end-to-end travel experiences to ensure seamless, high-touch execution for principalsProvide traditional executive support, including calendar management, scheduling, and general administrative coordinationAssist with operational tasks such as HR support, payroll coordination, document management, and light accountingSupport estate planning processes and maintain organized, confidential recordsServe as a reliable point of contact, communicating primarily via email and WhatsAppAssist with occasional personal support tasks as needed (limited PA responsibilities)Contribute to broader operational needs within a small, fast-moving team environmentAnticipate needs proactively and execute with precision, discretion, and strong attention to detailWhat We're Looking ForPrior Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or operations experience (family office experience a plus, but not required)Proven ability to manage complex travel logistics, ideally with exposure to private or high-touch travel coordinationHighly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-through skillsTrustworthy, discreet, and interested in a long-term opportunityComfortable working independently in a fully remote, small-team environmentFlexible and responsive, with availability to support during travel and occasional weekendsStrong communication skills and comfort using email and messaging platforms such as WhatsAppAbility to multitask and adapt quickly across both administrative and operational responsibilitiesOpen to candidates from a variety of professional backgroundsBased in the broader Bay Area preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wageHealth benefitsBonus potentialStrong opportunity to convert to a full-time, long-term roleFlexible, remote work environment with high autonomyPlease submit your resume for consideration!
