Executive Assistant Role at AIUCAIUC's mission is to underwrite superintelligence. We've raised $55m from Ribbit, First Harmonic, and Nat Friedman.The RoleWe're hiring an Executive Assistant to partner closely with AIUC's cofounders.

This is a high-trust role for someone who anticipates needs, solves problems quickly, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.You'll support the founders across both professional and personal priorities, owning everything from complex scheduling and travel to special projects, events, and day-to-day logistics. In return, you'll gain a front-row seat to building one of the world's most ambitious AI companies and learn firsthand how a category-defining startup is built.This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally organized, dependable, and excited by the opportunity to work alongside experienced founders.In this role, you will:Own complex calendar management across two cofounders, balancing evolving professional and personal prioritiesCoordinate travel, expenses, appointments, errands, and day-to-day logistics with exceptional attention to detailManage executive inboxes, draft and triage communications, and ensure important follow-ups never slip through the cracksOrganize founder dinners, company events, and other high-impact moments with end-to-end ownershipAnticipate needs before they arise, creating leverage for the founders by proactively solving problems and removing operational frictionImprove how the founders operate by streamlining workflows, automating repetitive tasks, and leveraging AI tools where appropriateAssist with other operational endeavors, as arise in a high-growth start-up environmentWhat We're Looking For3–7 years of experience supporting senior leaders or operating in high-performance environments, ideally in consulting, legal, VC/PE, technology, or similar fieldsExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a reputation for flawless executionStrong written and verbal communication skills with the judgment to represent the founders professionallyHigh ownership and reliability; you take initiative, move quickly, follow through, and can be trusted with sensitive informationStrong professional judgment and polish when interacting with executives, customers, investors, and partnersComfortable switching between strategic priorities and highly tactical work; no task is beneath youComfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve speed and efficiencyExcited to work in person five days a week with flexibility beyond traditional office hours when neededNice To HavePrevious experience supporting founders or C-level executives at a startupExperience planning events, offsites, or executive travelInterest in AI, startups, and emerging technologyExperience building systems and processes that improve operational efficiencyCompensation & PerksCompetitive annual salaryEquity (significant part of total compensation)Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependentsVisa sponsorship and relocation stipend to bring you to SF, if neededDaily mealsOur ValuesStrong Back - High standards, keep our promises, work hardFast Feet - Experiment, cut scope, take delight in paceEyes Up - 'Feel the AGI' across our strategy, teams, and day-to-day workOpen Heart - Say the scary thing, create connection, make room for emotions
