  • Salary Range: $82,370 – $100,675 annually
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 10% domestic travel

Role Summary

Solventum is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership, including SVP and VP-level executives. This remote position is ideal for professionals with strong administrative experience and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions
  • Organize domestic and international travel logistics
  • Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations for leadership
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Serve as liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years in administrative, secretarial, or clerical roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
