This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside senior leadership in a sophisticated yet welcoming environment. The firm offers the stability of an established investment organization with the variety and entrepreneurial spirit of a smaller business.

Supporting three senior executives, this role offers an exciting blend of traditional executive assistance, office coordination, and exposure to broader business operations. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and process expense reports and assist with general administrative needs.
  • Help coordinate meetings, conference room preparation, and occasional office lunches or events.
  • Assist with light office coordination, including supplies, vendors, and maintaining an organized, professional workspace.
  • Support occasional HR, accounting, and cross-functional administrative projects.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Take initiative on special projects and adapt to evolving business needs.

Who We're Looking For

  • Ideally 2–4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role.
  • Polished, professional, and confident interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Warm, upbeat, and personable, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Flexible and eager to learn new systems, processes, and areas of the business.
  • Strong communication skills, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Open to candidates from a variety of industry backgrounds; prior family office or financial services experience is not required.

The firm offers an exceptional benefits package and a strong commitment to work-life balance, including:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, including a fully employer-paid healthcare plan option for employees and their families.
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • 20 days of PTO, plus additional company holidays.
  • Seasonal remote flexibility, including the final two weeks of summer and the week between Christmas and New Year's.
  • Complimentary gym membership
  • $25 daily lunch stipend for in-office days.
  • Predictable working hours with minimal after-hours expectations.
