This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Responsibilities:Provide sophisticated calendar management: Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting scheduling conflicts, make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagementsAct as a liaison and provide support to members of the Executive Committee: Serve as coordinator (including arranging and handling all logistics) for meetings and other executive events and meetingsComplete a broad variety of administrative tasks: Maintaining contact lists, making travel arrangements, completing expense reports, assisting with special projectsWork closely with all members of the Executive Committee to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as appropriateProvide event management support as requestedCover tasks and responsibilities for other CSS/CSA when they are out of the office.Multi-task, organize and complete all other projects as assigned by multiple members of the executive committeeWhat Are We Looking For?We want a team player who can leverage the strength of the firm to deliver outstanding results and solutions.
