This is more than a job—it's a journey.We are currently in search of an Executive Assistant to support members of our leadership team and help to manage an ongoing delightful experience for all NYC employees by providing operational support and helping maintain an inclusive and safe environment.What You'll Do - Executive AssistanceOwn calendar management to ensure a productive workflow of the day's activities for leadership membersExtensive scheduling (via Google Calendar), monitoring, and prioritizing of the day-to-day incoming communicationsCoordinate internal and external meetings, logistics, agendas, and communicationsHandle all travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, etcProvide expense support (via Ramp)What You'll Do - General Office Support & HR SupportGreet and assist employees, candidates, and visitors to the NYC officeServe as a point of contact for vendors (food/beverage, repairs) on daily office maintenance and events. Keep the office stocked with food, snacks, and pantry essentialsHelp coordinate new-hire onboarding scheduling, first-day setup, and making sure new employees feel welcome from day oneSupport planning and execution of team events and offsites.Assist with day-to-day benefits administration and serve as a friendly first point of contact for employee questionsHelp maintain office traditions and programs (happy hours, celebrations, milestones, recognition, etc.)What You'll NeedAt least two years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, supporting a senior executiveHeavy calendar, travel, and meeting planning experienceProven ability to successfully balance and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyAbility to anticipate the needs of leadership members before and during each workdayExcellent judgment while handling highly confidential informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong emotional intelligence, self awareness and professional maturityExcellent Mac skillsExperience with Google Calendar and Google Meet video conferencingExperience organizing company events (preferred, not required)$90,000 - $120,000 a yearASAPP is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
