Executive AssistantOverview: We are seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant with demonstrated success supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, global corporate environment. This role requires exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. The Executive Assistant will support the CFO, Commercial and New Payment Flows (CNPF) and the CFO, Commercial by coordinating administrative activities, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

The role will also provide broader administrative support to the CNPF Finance Team based in Purchase, NY, as needed.Role:The Executive Assistant is the administrative liaison with others internal and external to Mastercard and will filter and prioritize executive & strategic meetings and communicate on behalf of the executives they support. This position helps create a positive and collaborative team culture.Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as calendar management, scheduling meetings; managing travel arrangements, expense reporting; and prioritizing the most sensitive mattersPrepare meeting agendas and distribute meeting materials ahead of meetingsOrdering supplies, electronically filing documents, maintaining department records, and other duties, as assignedPrepare correspondence; email; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation.Plan leadership meetings and team engagement activitiesMaintain and update internal and external distribution lists for email correspondenceAdminister programs; projects or processes specific to the business units served; and maintain documents to monitor departmental information.May assist and deliver ad hoc projects, as assignedMay monitor and coordinate Workday processes for hiring contractors and full-time personnelAll About You:Extensive administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with c-suite executive level managementCompetency across the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Workday cloud based software a plusExperience with expense management platforms (Concur)Advanced experience in administrative support with experience within a matrixed, cross functional and global organizationExperience in supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced corporate work environmentExperience in supporting domestic and international travel plansGood understanding of strategic initiatives to prioritize meetingsDemonstrate professionalism and discretion, and experience in working with highly confidential informationMust be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the teamExtremely collaborative and fostering a positive spirit and can-do attitude and is also extremely open in accepting feedback and suggestionsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Intrinsically-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented and results-orientedAbility to work well under deadlines, anticipate needs and prioritize work accordinglyAbility to work with limited supervisionMastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
