Duties, responsibilities and activities may change from time to time with notice whenever possible, but not guaranteed.Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar professional support role within a professional services environmentSubmission of a professional writing sample requiredStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsSound judgment and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-throughProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related business applicationsStrong document formatting, preparation, and presentation development skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilitiesWillingness to occasionally travel to and work from other office locationsThis is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required during peak busy seasons.Pay Range:The hourly pay for this position is included below.
