Executive AssistantYou'll be the right hand to a CEO who moves fast and expects the same. You'll manage everything from daily operations and strategic scheduling to personal errands and hands-on execution when needed at the CEO's residence. Your mission: keep the CEO operating at peak performance — in business and in life.You'll need to be equally comfortable managing high-level business priorities and handling personal logistics with discretion and precision.Job DescriptionWhat You'll DoManage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and communications across multiple ventures and time zonesHandle calls and correspondence with professionalism and confidence — you're representing the CEO's brand and energyServe as the gatekeeper: filter, prioritize, and route information to keep things moving efficientlyCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure deliverables are executed on timeManage and track follow-ups, commitments, and strategic tasks — nothing slips through the cracksSupport personal responsibilities: scheduling, errands, and general logistics as directedWork primarily from the Downtown Orlando office, with flexibility to work from the CEO's residence occasionally when requiredAnticipate needs — from preparing materials to pre-empting scheduling conflicts — and solve problems before they're problemsUse modern tools to drive productivity and communication, including Slack, Zoom, Fireflies, GoHighLevel, and Microsoft OutlookWho You AreDriven: You operate with urgency, focus, and ownership.
