Executive AssistantPublicis Groupe is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a C-suite Executive. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving, global organization. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner and operational anchor to a senior leader – managing complex schedules, communications, events, travel, and priorities with precision and adaptability.Responsibilities:Serve as Executive's primary gatekeeper: manage complex calendar, prioritize meetings, screen requests, and ensure optimal use of executive's timeArrange and oversee all travel logistics, including itineraries, ground transportation, and accommodations (domestic & international)Handle sensitive correspondence, communications, and follow-up on behalf of the executive with professionalism and discretionTrack action items, decisions, and deliverables arising from meetings, ensuring timely follow-through across stakeholdersHandle personal tasks, such as family travel, car service and other arrangements as neededManage expense reporting, time entry requirements and approval workflows with accuracy and timelinessCoordinate logistics for executive-level meetings, offsites, and client & internal events, partnering with internal teams as neededBuild and maintain strong relationships with executive assistants and chiefs of staff across Publicis GroupeManage inbound requests with professional judgment, triaging and prioritizing based of business urgency and relevanceAnticipate needs and proactively address issues before they escalate, demonstrating sound business judgmentQualifications:8+ years of executive assistant experience, supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a corporate environmentExperience in media, advertising, consulting, or a fast-paced holding company environment strongly preferredExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines simultaneouslyOutstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate on behalf of senior leadershipAbility to maintain absolute confidentiality, exercise sound judgment under pressure and adapt flexibly to shifting prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking platformsAbility to operate with autonomy and thrive in ambiguity within a global, matrixed organizationCompensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually.
