Executive Assistant
An exciting, newly established boutique private equity firm in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a polished, proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to join its growing team.
Founded by highly accomplished private markets professionals, the firm brings together an experienced investment team with an entrepreneurial, modern approach to private equity investing. The culture is collaborative, intellectually driven and fast-moving, with a strong emphasis on technology and building an institutional-quality platform from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, expenses and day-to-day administrative needs for senior investment professionals.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including complex and multi-leg itineraries.
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and provide additional support to the CEO’s office as needed, particularly around travel and logistics.
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives, including CRM/DealCloud management, vendor coordination and onboarding, administrative support related to payments, and updating presentations and other materials for the investment team.
- Provide light administrative support to additional members of the investment team as needed.
- Serve as a polished point of contact for clients and visitors, coordinating with building security and assisting with conference room and meeting logistics.
- Help ensure the office runs smoothly, including occasional light office coordination.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
Who We’re Looking For

- Approximately 2–10 years of relevant experience, ideally within private equity, investment management, financial services or another fast-paced professional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong executive support experience, including complex calendar management and travel coordination.
- International travel experience strongly preferred.
