Adaptable, collaborative, and quick to learn, with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint) and the ability to rapidly understand new processes, teams, and business priorities.Job Description: Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 4-5 senior executives within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual will provide comprehensive administrative support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, and executive communications, while also taking ownership of project-based activities.

The role requires someone who can track progress across multiple initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, collect and analyse information, follow up on outstanding actions, and ensure deadlines are met. A key aspect of the position is balancing executive support with project coordination responsibilities, such as managing budget and headcount tracking exercises, identifying gaps in data, and driving completion across teams. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable creating reports, presentations, trackers, and other business-critical documents using Microsoft 365 tools, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
