Executive AssistantA highly prestigious Global Finance Firm in NYC needs an experienced Executive Assistant to support an MD and their team within their Capital Markets division. We are looking for someone organized, proactive, and highly collaborative. While supporting multiple people, we will need someone who is an expert with calendar, travel, and expense management.
