Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.Overview and Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide steadfast administrative support to three Senior Vice Presidents spanning Product, Content Merchandising, and Sports Strategy. This is a high-visibility role requiring the ability to manage competing priorities across three fast-moving executive desks, exercise sound judgment autonomously, and maintain absolute discretion. The ideal candidate is highly organized.

They are skilled at solving problems. They can work on multiple tasks and with different groups of stakeholders at the same time. This role may require occasional flexibility to support evening or early-morning meetings across time zones.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Managing three complex calendars at the same timeAddress scheduling conflicts before they occurPrioritize meetings for product, merchandising, and sports strategy workstreamsCoordinate travel within the country and abroad. This includes planning itineraries and booking accommodations. Also, arrange ground transportation.Process related expenses correctly and promptlyPlan and coordinate complex meetings, offsites, and team events, including agendas, logistics, AV/conference room setup, and cateringPrepare, format, and proofread decks, memos, and other materials for internal executive team and cross-functional partnersTake notes and track action items during key meetings; follow up to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met across all three executivesAct as a central point of contact and information conduit between the three executives' teams, and with other Product, Content, and Sports partnersScreen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; exercise judgment on prioritization and escalationProcess invoices and expense reportsMaintain org charts, distribution lists, and departmental communicationsHandle confidential and sensitive information — including personnel, strategy, and financial matters — with the highest level of discretionManage ad hoc special projects and additional duties as needed across the three teamsBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting multiple executives concurrentlyExperience supporting senior leaders in media, entertainment, or technology preferredAdvanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of expense and travel systems (e.g., Concur, Workday)Additional QualificationsProven ability to juggle multiple executives' priorities without dropping details; robust triage instinctsExcellent written and verbal communication; polished, confident presence with senior leaders and external partnersHigh degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism handling confidential business informationStrong organizational skills and extraordinary attention to detail; comfortable working under time strainSelf-starter who anticipates needs and solves problems proactively, with minimal oversightCollaborative, low-ego style — able to build trust quickly across three distinct working styles and teamsParamount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
