This is a high-impact role — you'll be the operational backbone that allows the Partners to work at their highest level, and your contributions will be felt across the team every day.What You'll DoCalendar Management Manage and optimize complex calendars for one or more busy executivesResolve scheduling conflicts and proactively prioritize commitmentsCommunication Support Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on requestsManage, prioritize, and triage incoming messages and correspondenceDraft and edit communications on behalf of executives as neededDevelop a strong understanding of Norm Ai's business priorities and how they relate to day-to-day decisionsMeeting and Event Coordination Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, and capturing and distributing meeting minutes as neededSupport planning and execution of events such as conferences and team offsitesTravel Arrangements Arrange travel for executives, including flights, accommodations, dining, and transportationPrepare and manage travel itineraries and any related documentationAdministrative Support Support office operations such as ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, and keeping common areas well-stocked and organizedPerform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support executive effectivenessWhat We're Looking ForCore QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of experience as an EA or similar role supporting executives in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and time management skills, with a resourceful mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn new toolsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionProactive in identifying and improving inefficient processesComfortable navigating changing priorities and ambiguityNice to HavesExperience in high growth start-upsExperience planning and managing eventsCompensation and BenefitsBase Salary : $110,000 to $145,000 per yearThe range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position.
