We’re partnering with an established private investment firm in New York on a search for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support a senior Managing Partner.
This is a great fit for someone who already knows how to operate at a high level as an EA and doesn’t need to be taught the fundamentals. The ideal executive assistant is straightforward, low-ego, and independent. The executive is looking for a partner who can anticipate needs, exercise good judgment, and confidently manage a busy workload without constant direction.
🗓 What You’ll Own
- Complex calendar management and scheduling
- Domestic and international travel coordination
- Expenses and day-to-day administrative support
- Limited personal/family travel and other business-adjacent requests
- Proactive management of priorities, conflicts, and follow-ups
- Increasing support around investor-facing travel and roadshow coordination as the executive’s responsibilities evolve
👤 What They’re Looking For
- Seasoned EA or administrative professional with roughly 10+ years of corporate experience
- Strong critical thinking and judgment
- Highly proactive; able to anticipate rather than wait for instructions
- Comfortable working independently with limited handholding
- Confident asking questions or seeking clarification when needed
- Receptive to direct, constructive feedback
- Low ego and happy building a long-term career as a high-level EA
