This individual acts as an extension of marketing leadership -- anticipating needs, managing competing priorities and enabling the team to focus on strategic work.This role requires a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.All associates at Capital City Bank, Capital City Wealth, and Capital City Home Loans have access to confidential client information and must practice discretion at all times.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Team SupportManage calendar, meetings, and priorities for marketing leadership -- ensuring time is aligned to strategic objectivesPrepare meeting agendas, capture notes and track follow-ups to ensure accountabilityAct as a gatekeeper and facilitator -- prioritizing requests and ensuring timely responsesCoordinate internal communication across teams including Marketing, Digital Channels and Retail ProductsProject CoordinationTrack marketing projects, timelines and deliverables across campaigns, initiatives, and departmentsEnsure deadlines are met by proactively following up with team members and partnersMaintain project management systems (e.g., Asana, Kadence, etc.)Help streamline workflows and identify inefficienciesAdministrative OperationsManage invoices, budgets, credit cards and vendor coordinationOversee ordering, shipping, and distribution of marketing materials to officesMaintain organized digital file systems (SharePoint)Marketing & Campaign SupportCoordinate logistics for campaigns, events, and promotionsProofread materials for accuracy and consistencySupport content scheduling and asset managementEnsure brand standards and compliance requirements are followedEvent & Logistics SupportAssist with planning and execution of internal events, including internal meetings, community events and sponsorshipsCoordinate vendors and on-site logisticsEmployer determines the essential functions of the job.All associates must understand and adhere to the non-negotiable Banker Standards and commit to practicing SGNNT (smile, greet, name, name, thank you) at all times. Experience in banking a plus, along with 3 or more years' experience in an administrative professional role.
