The firm is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to work in their West Los Angeles, California office (hybrid). The firm boasts a 7-hour workday and competitive compensation package!Responsibilities for Executive Assistant:Coordinates day-to-day operations of the assigned Partner/s and Associate/s practice using initiative and sound independent judgmentScreens telephone calls, mail and visitors, maintaining electronic notes, inquires, and status of communicationsVirtual and hybrid meeting scheduling; heavy travel arrangementsPrepares original letters, memos and other correspondenceSchedules complex work-related activitiesFacilitates expense reports and bill processingEstablishes and maintains files and recordsCollaborates with firm Billing Department and clients on the management of billing mattersResponsible for screening correspondence and maintaining confidential filesAssists in the preparation of monthly client billing using Matter Analysis Sheets or as otherwise instructedRequirements for Executive Assistant:Some college (Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred)1+ years of prior work experience as a personal or executive assistant supporting a high-level professionalExperience maintaining schedules and calendars including facilitating all on-site, virtual and hybrid meetingsAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e.
