Executive AssistantOur client, a private equity firm, is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Responsibilities:Manage complex and evolving calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zonesCoordinate domestic and international travel; experience with private travel is a plusPrepare, submit, and track expense reports accurately and on timeCoordinate meetings, including logistics, materials, conference rooms, and follow-upsAct as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersAssist with document preparation and basic administrative support as neededAnticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively propose solutionsQualifications:Prior experience supporting senior executives, preferably within private equity, finance, or professional servicesStrong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detailHigh level of discretion and professionalismAbility to prioritize effectively and operate with urgencyProficiency in standard office tools (Outlook, calendar platforms, expense systems)Please submit your resume for consideration!
