500 and Inc. 5000 List three years in a row as well as Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500 three years in a row.The primary role of the Executive Assistant is to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's operations and platform management functions. The Executive Assistant focuses on improving operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission – specifically, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning.

The Executive Assistant works with the corporate team to manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency across the System through process and system improvements, as well as coordination and communication between corporate and the franchise System.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee our Database Administrator and their daily tasksHelp departments and the team reach maximum communication efficiencyManage our monthly calendars/ training datesWork collaboratively with our System platformsManage/ approve CC transactionsA POC for Franchise PartnersManage platforms: ZOHO, Nexonia, Wisetail, Gmail GsuiteEvent management - Confirmation Days, Franchise & General Manager Training, Convention, etcManage President's calendar/ scheduleOrganize monthly President's call deckRequirements:Preferred experience in OperationsExceptional communication and influence skillsCritical thinking/problem-solving skillsProcess and System mindsetHighly collaborative with all departments and able to manage a team member
