This role combines high-level administrative expertise with people management responsibilities, requiring exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to develop and coach team members.
The PSM I will handle complex, non-routine administrative functions requiring independent judgment and discretion, while simultaneously managing team performance, providing day-to-day coaching and feedback, facilitating conflict resolution, delivering training, and conducting performance reviews.
