People Operations Partner/Executive Assistant ILocation: Oxford, OH (100% Onsite)Duration: 12 Months (Contract)Schedule (Flexible): Tuesday - Thursday 12 pm- 9 pm & Friday - Saturday 10 am-4:30 pm Pay range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour on W2Job Description:With your passion for people, you'll partner with the plant staff including Production Supervisors, Union Stewards and Hourly employees as appropriate, to drive plant engagement and provide excellent customer service to plant personnel.We'll lean on you to leverage your attention to detail and multitasking skills to produce daily and weekly scheduling, process and manage timecards, metric reporting and more!Key Responsibilities:Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate tracking to ensure completion of job-specific trainingHands-on partnership with Production Supervisor to process production paperwork, conduct investigations, issue attendance disciplines, and research grievances and complaintsContribute to efficient operations and maintain labor relations by checking in employees, accurately scheduling employees according to the plant's collective bargaining agreementReport on HR metrics as neededMaintains and processes a variety of confidential records including personnel files, employment data, etc.Support plant projects and events as neededMust Have:High School Diploma1-2 years experience in a Human Resources environment, preferred but not requiredBachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not requiredProven strong ability to use independent critical thinking and decision makingDemonstrated commitment to customer service and needs of the businessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective organizational and time management skillsIntermediate to advanced computer skills – primarily Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
