Executive AssistantHASI is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Legal Officer. This role is ideal for a polished administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and brings exceptional attention to detail to every aspect of their work.As Executive Assistant, you will play an important role in helping two members of HASI's management committee operate effectively and efficiently. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare materials and communications, and help ensure the smooth execution of priorities across the Human Resources and Legal functions.

The successful candidate will be a trusted partner who handles sensitive information with discretion, anticipates needs, and builds strong relationships across the organization.What You Will DoProvide high-level administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Legal OfficerManage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple stakeholders and time-sensitive prioritiesArrange travel and prepare detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense reportsPrepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, agendas, correspondence, and other materialsTrack action items, deadlines, and follow-up needs to support effective executionCoordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership meetings and other cross-functional discussionsPrepare meeting materials and help ensure both executives are well prepared in advanceSupport department initiatives, special projects, and ongoing administrative processes within the Human Resources and Legal teamsMaintain organized files, records, and documentationProcess invoices, expenses, and other administrative items accurately and in a timely mannerServe as a professional and responsive point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersHandle highly sensitive and confidential information with excellent judgment and discretionWhat You Bring5+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leaders in a corporate environmentExperience supporting C-suite executives strongly preferredOutstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and composureStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent judgment, discretion, and professionalismA proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems effectivelyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work both independently and collaboratively across teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceWhy Join HASIAt HASI, our people are critical to advancing our mission and delivering impact.
